Optimizing the productivity of Fresh Bun extrusion by altering the number of extrusion holes on the surface of the mold.

Fresh bun is a popular food in Vietnam and many countries around the world, with many famous dishes made from bun such as bun cha, bun ca, bun thit nuong, bun curry, etc. The research group has been developing a mini bun making machine to create convenience and food safety for the fresh bun production process in restaurants and hotels. In this paper, we have studied and simulated the number of holes on the bun extrusion mold to increase the productivity of the bun making machine. After that, we manufactured the mold according to the calculation and simulation results for experimental verificat

Simplified calculation of the break flow rate for embankment dams

A simplified model is proposed to evaluate the peak break flow in the event of total and immediate destruction of an embankment dam following overtopping. The empirical formula presented here for calculating the peak burst flow, noted Qp, is a function of the water height upstream of the dam wall. The parameters used in the peak flow formula are obtained by constructing a 95% confidence interval based on a normal distribution of the sample consisting of the mean flow values calculated by a selection of 11 existing empirical formulae. However, due to the small sample size, Student's law was use

Slow Running, Fast Gains: Unveiling the Niko Niko Pace Trend for Senior Health, Wellness, and Lifelong Vitality

The review investigates the growing trend of slow running, particularly Niko Niko Pace, for enhancing senior citizens' health, wellness, and vitality. Despite the emerging interest in low-intensity exercise for aging populations, gaps remain in understanding the long-term physical and psychological benefits of slow running for seniors. The objective is to synthesize research published between 2022 and 2024 on slow running's effects on cardiovascular health, musculoskeletal strength, mood, and cognitive function in seniors aged 60 and above. This study offers novel contributions by integrating

Exploring the Rising Trend of Heart Attack Fatalities Malaysians Under 60: Causes, Risk Factors, and Effective Prevention to Address the Alarming Public Health Issue

Cardiovascular diseases are among the leading causes of mortality globally, with heart attacks (myocardial infarctions) significantly contributing to the alarming statistic. In Malaysia, a concerning trend has emerged: there is an increasing incidence of heart attack fatalities among individuals under the age of 60, highlighting a critical health issue that warrants immediate attention. The study specifically focuses on the age distribution of heart attack fatalities, carefully examining the risk factors that disproportionately impact younger populations. The approach included eligibility crit
