To remove tipping glue and printing ink residues on the second cut circular knife in ZJ118 filter cigarette maker, an automatic cleaning device for the circular knife was designed. By optimizing the structure of the second cut circular knife mechanism and adding a felt cleaning head with a screw type infeed function, the circular knife is cleaned while it is cutting into the felt cleaning head. At the same time, the felt cleaning head is lubricated to reduce the temperature of the circular knife. The designed cleaning device was tested on two ZJ118 filter cigarette makers at Shenzhen Tobacc
A novel and sensitive fluorescent probe based on Cu2+-modulated polydihydroxyphenylalanine nanoparticles (PDOAs) has been developed for the detection of glyphosate pesticides. Compared to conventional instrumental analysis techniques, fluorometric methods have obtained good results in the field of agricultural residue detection. However, most of the fluorescent chemosensors reported still have some limitations, such as long response times, the high limit of detection, and complex synthetic procedures. In this paper, a novel and sensitive fluorescent probe based on Cu2+ modulated polydihydro
Vegetable crops possess a prominent nutri-metabolite pool that not only contributes to the crop performance in the fields, but also offers nutritional security for humans. In the pursuit of identifying, quantifying and functionally characterizing the cellular metabolome pool, biomolecule separation technologies, data acquisition platforms, chemical libraries, bioinformatics tools, databases and visualization techniques have come to play significant role. High-throughput metabolomics unravels structurally diverse nutrition-rich metabolites and their entangled interactions in vegetable plants
In order to evaluate the safety of four new herbicides applied in preceeding rice fields to succeeding tobacco, the effects of the four herbicides on tobacco growth were investigated through indoor pot experiments and field plot experiments. A QuEChERS pretreatment method combined with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) were employed to measure the residual level of quintrione in tobacco field soils. The results showed that florpyrauxifen, triafamone·tefuryltrione and mesotrione had no significant effects on the growth of tobacco. The inhibit
Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.), which creates jobs for 33 million people and contributes two trillion dollars’ tax annually, is one of the most important economic plants globally. However, tobacco is seriously threatened by numerous diseases during production. Previously, the field survey of tobacco diseases was conducted in the Guizhou and Guangxi provinces, the two main tobacco-producing areas in China. A serious leaf spot disease, with a 22% to 35% incidence, was observed in farming plants. In order to determine the causal agents, we collected the disease samples and isolated the p
