A higher papaya need tobe consumptions, cosmetics, medicines, and industries. Papaya to give apromisingbusiness because of widely markets, but those needs that couldn’t deficient yet, because of one availibility limitation germs, caused by difficulty germination of papaya seed. There are some efforts to expedite germination and papaya seed growth, with dealing immersion temperatures, the length of immersion, used hormone, etc., but still have a various results.The purpose of this research is to analyze the lengthy of immersion part temperatures by different pra-germination container, to recognize availability ammonia and kindliness papaya vigor seed contents. This research using three factors, consist of the first lengthy of immersion factors from three variations (12 hours, 24 hours, and 36 hours). The second is immersion factors from four variations (normal water temperature, 30OC, 50OC, and 70OC). the third is pra-germination factors from two variations (closed and opened). The research done in the germ laboratory, by 50 seeds in every treatment.
