Abstract :
This case study analyzes the digital marketing strategies of Sunway Healthcare Group (SHG), a leading private healthcare provider in Malaysia. Founded in 1999 with its flagship hospital in Sunway City Kuala Lumpur, SHG has grown to include multiple facilities nationwide and serves patients from over 170 countries. The study highlights SHG’s effective use of digital platforms: Facebook and Instagram for targeted ads, interactive content, and patient testimonials; Twitter for real-time updates and health tips; LinkedIn for professional insights and company achievements; and TikTok for engaging younger audiences with creative content. Key strengths identified include SHG’s advanced healthcare services, cutting-edge technology, and a skilled team of over 400 specialists. The study concludes with recommendations to enhance SHG's digital marketing strategies, aiming to reinforce its position as a leading healthcare provider and navigate the competitive digital landscape more effectively.
